Organic Oolong Iron Goddess Tea, also known as Tie Guan Yin, is a highly regarded traditional Chinese oolong tea.

The dry tea leaves are rolled into tight, dark greenish-brown pellets, resembling small pearls or iron beads. When steeped, the leaves unfurl and release a rich, vibrant green color.

The aroma of Iron Goddess Tea is floral, with distinct notes of orchids and lilacs. There may also be a subtle fruity fragrance, sometimes resembling ripe peaches or plums. The scent is alluring and pleasant, enticing the senses even before taking a sip.

The taste of Organic Oolong Iron Goddess Tea is complex and multifaceted. It strikes a beautiful balance between the freshness of green tea and the richness of black tea.

Brewing advice;

• Use 1 - 2 teaspoons  for every cup
• Steep for 2 minutes.
• Water temperature 90 - 95 degrees C
• Warm the tea cup and pot before brewing the tea.
• Store in a cool dry place away from the light
